Who we are

PARCELLOC is a venture of innoXL, operated by Q10 Consulting b.v. (BV/SRL), Leuven, Belgium, enterprise number BE 1006.024.315. Q10 Consulting b.v. is the controller for the personal data described below. Contact for all privacy matters: contact@parcelloc.io.

What we collect and why

When you email us (for example via "Get in touch", "Request a depot pilot" or "Request an access code"), we receive your name, email address, the content of your message and any details you add, such as your position and company. We use these to:

• answer your request and, for access-code requests, issue and administer a personal access code to our pitch video;
• keep a record of which personal code was issued to whom and when, and revoke codes where necessary;
• follow up with you personally about a possible test, partnership or investment relating to PARCELLOC.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business requests, protecting confidential material and developing business relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to follow-up at any time by replying "no follow-up" or emailing us. We do not send newsletters or marketing mailings without your separate consent, and we do not sell your data.

When you watch the pitch, your access code is checked in your own browser. It is not sent to us, and we do not record whether or when you watch.

When you visit this website, we use no cookies, analytics or tracking, and load no content from other websites. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA), which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure; see GitHub's privacy statement.

Who has access

The PARCELLOC founders, and the service providers we use to run our email and records, acting on our instructions: Strato AG (email hosting, Germany), Microsoft (file storage), HubSpot (contact management, EU data centre) and GitHub (website hosting). Where a provider or its group processes data outside the EU or Switzerland, we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for 24 months after our last contact with you, after which we delete or anonymise them, unless a longer period is required by law or you have become a customer or partner.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Email contact@parcelloc.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or, in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).
