The c2p Startup Innovation Award is organised by connect2posts at Parcel+Post Expo, which describes itself as the global meeting place for the parcel and postal industry, with visitors from more than 80 countries. In 2026 the competition ran in four categories: First & Last Mile, Autonomous Last Mile, Processes, Digital & Data, and E-commerce, Retail & Cross-Border, with one winner per category.
Five finalists pitched in First & Last Mile. Each had three minutes on stage followed by questions from the jury, judged on innovation, value and impact.
The judging panel of 15 was chaired by Thierry Golliard of Swiss Post and brought together innovation and operations leaders from companies including PostNord, Österreichische Post, Evri, bpost, La Poste Groupe and Pos Malaysia, alongside venture builders, technology leaders and industry experts.
